To guarantee same-week processing, orders must be placed before 19:00 PM (GMT-5) on business days, Monday to Friday. Orders received after this time or on weekends and United States public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please plan your order accordingly if you require timely delivery.
Handling Time
Once your order is confirmed, it will enter the processing and fulfillment stage. Our standard handling time ranges from 1–4 business days, during which your lamps or chandeliers are carefully packaged, inspected, and prepared for shipment. All handling occurs on Monday to Friday, and no orders are processed on weekends or public holidays.
Transit Time
After handling, orders are shipped to the designated delivery address. Standard transit times range from 2–8 business days, with deliveries executed only on Monday to Friday. Please note that actual delivery times may vary depending on carrier schedules, weather conditions, and other external factors.
Estimated Delivery Time
Combining handling and transit periods, customers can expect delivery within 3–12 business days from the date the order is placed, provided the order is submitted before the cut-off time. This ensures ample time for careful packaging, secure transit, and delivery of fragile lighting products.
Shipping Costs and Currency
All shipments within the United States are provided with free shipping, included in the purchase price. Refunds and payments are processed in USD. If your payment was made using a different currency, please note that your bank or payment provider may apply exchange rates or additional transaction fees, which are beyond our control.
Special Considerations for Lighting Products
Due to the delicate and sometimes oversized nature of lamps and chandeliers, it is essential that someone is available to receive and inspect the package upon delivery.
