This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for all lighting products, including wired fixtures, decorative lamps, LED units, and specialty lighting.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted for lighting products that arrive in new condition only, meaning the item must be unused, uninstalled, free from wear, and returned with all original packaging, protective materials, hardware, manuals, and accessories. Because lighting fixtures can be sensitive to installation attempts, any signs of wiring, mounting, or modification will void return eligibility. Customers must request a return within 40 days from the date of delivery. Returns outside this timeframe cannot be accepted.

Eligibility for Exchanges

Exchanges are also accepted within the same 40-day return window and under identical new-condition requirements. Exchanges are suitable for customers who prefer a different model, size, or fixture style. Products that show signs of installation, alteration, electrical connection, or handling damage are not eligible for exchange.

Items Not Eligible

Installed lighting products, hard-wired fixtures that show tampering, light bulbs that have been used, and custom or special-order chandeliers are not eligible for return or exchange. These restrictions ensure the safety and integrity of electrical products and comply with industry hygiene and installation standards.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To begin the return or exchange process for a lamp, chandelier, or lighting accessory, customers must contact our support team at info@elysavonn.com. Once your request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label for you to download and print. All items must be securely repackaged to prevent breakage during transportation. Lighting products are fragile, so customers are encouraged to use all original internal packaging forms, foam inserts, and cushioning materials.

Return Method and Shipping Costs

All returns are processed by mail, and Elysavonn provides free return shipping, ensuring there is no cost to the customer for sending the item back. This applies to both returns and exchanges. Additionally, Elysavonn does not charge any restocking fees for lighting products returned in new and undamaged condition.

Condition Verification and Processing

Once returned lighting products arrive at our facility, they undergo a detailed inspection to confirm that the item is unused, uninstalled, and in new condition. Lighting fixtures, especially chandeliers, contain fragile components that must remain intact upon return. Any missing parts or installation-related damage may affect eligibility. After verification is complete, the refund process begins.

Refund Timeline and Payment Details

Approved refunds are processed within 15 days and are always issued to the original payment method. All refunds are completed in USD. If your original payment was made in another currency, your bank or payment provider may apply conversion rates or additional fees that are outside our control. Customers will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been successfully completed.

Additional Considerations for Lighting Products

Because lighting items often include glass components, crystal pieces, and delicate hardware, customers are encouraged to inspect their product carefully upon arrival. Any shipping damage must be reported immediately.
